Phase II: Home Site Evaluation

The Mark Saunders Luxury Homes team will visit your home site to analyze the contour of your site, the location of heritage trees, and prevailing breezes.

Phase III: Conceptual Design

After developing your wish list and site evaluation, we provide a conceptual home design that includes sketches of your floor plan and front elevation.

Phase IV: Design Revision

Designing your home is a collaborative process between the team at Mark Saunders Luxury Homes and you. We encourage you to provide feedback and with your continued participation we work together to tweak your design.

Phase V: Pricing

Once you are satisfied with your Mark Saunders home design, we provide a competitive, all-inclusive price to build your home. The proposal will include every cost associated with the build.

Phase VI: Building Agreement

The Mark Saunders building agreement outlines your specifications, an agreed upon price and pay schedule, our responsibilities, construction timeline, and our excellence guarantee.

Phase VII: Plan Review

Prior to starting construction Mark Saunders Luxury Homes will review your home plans with you carefully, finalize exterior color selections, and outline a rough construction schedule. During this phase you will be introduced to your Mark Saunders Project Manager, who will guide you through construction and keep you informed throughout.

Phase VIII: Coordinating Interior Finishes

The Mark Saunders Luxury Design Center makes selecting interior finishes easy and convenient. Our Interior Design Coordinator will guide you through every selection from cabinets and countertops to flooring and fixtures.

Phase IX: Home Construction

Your Mark Saunders home will be constructed using only time tested methods and professional trade people.
